This Policy applies only to findwise.multimediadevelopers.com. It does not apply to:
• Our informational corporate site (www.multimediadevelopers.com), which has its own separate Privacy Policy;
• Our third-party payment gateway partner's platform, which independently collects and processes your payment/billing data under its own privacy policy;
• Any other third-party or affiliate website linked from the Site.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platform, including our payment gateway, independently.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect personal information through three channels:
(a) Directly through the Site (at checkout or inquiry forms):
• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Address, city, state, and country
• Education level
• Designation/job title
• Company/organization type and related company details (for B2B purchases)
(b) Via Our Payment Gateway Partner:
When you proceed to payment, you are redirected to Payment Gateway Partner's own platform, which independently collects billing details (card/UPI/bank/wallet information, billing name and address) directly from you. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card or bank account credentials. Razorpay shares with us only limited transaction confirmation details (e.g., payment status, transaction ID, amount) necessary to fulfill and record your order.
(c) Via Email Inquiry:
If you contact us directly at contact@multimediadevelopers.com instead of, or in addition to, purchasing through the Site, we may collect similar details (name, email, phone, company information, etc.) to respond to your inquiry or process an off-site order.
We do not automatically collect browsing behavior, IP address logs for tracking purposes, or device fingerprinting data, as described in Section 4 below.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information collected to:
• Process and fulfill your Software purchase and issue your license;
• Generate invoices and maintain billing/transaction records;
• Communicate with you regarding your order, license, or support requests;
• Verify eligibility (e.g., age, authority to purchase on behalf of a business);
• Comply with applicable tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping obligations;
• Respond to inquiries sent via email;
• Improve our product offering based on aggregated, non-identifying purchase trends (e.g., which license type is most purchased), not based on any behavioral tracking.

4. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND TRACKING
The Site does not use Google Analytics or any similar analytics or behavioral-tracking tool, and we do not track your browsing activity on the Site. 7. INTERNATIONAL / CROSS-BORDER CUSTOMERS
Since we sell the Software to customers globally, we may collect and process personal data from individuals located outside India. By purchasing the Software or submitting your information, you acknowledge and consent to your data being:
• Collected and processed by us in India;
• Transmitted to and processed by Payment Gateway in accordance with its own applicable regulatory framework for payment processing (which may involve processing outside India depending on your payment method and location);
• Subject to Indian law as the primary governing framework for data handling on this Site, in addition to any mandatory local protections applicable to you as a data subject in your home jurisdiction.
We take reasonable steps to ensure any such transfer is handled securely and in a manner consistent with applicable data protection principles.
8. DATA RETENTION
We retain customer order, license, and billing-related information (name, address, contact details, license records) indefinitely, as part of our permanent business, tax, and legal recordkeeping obligations, and to support ongoing license validation and customer support. Where you request erasure of your data (Section 11), we will assess the request against our legal obligation to retain transaction/tax records and will delete or anonymize any data not subject to a mandatory retention requirement.
9. DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal data collected directly by us, including secured, India-based hosting for order and correspondence records. Payment and billing credentials are handled exclusively by Payment Gateway provider under its own PCI-DSS-compliant security infrastructure and are never transmitted to or stored on our own systems. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Browsing the Site for product information is permitted for users aged 13 and above. Purchasing the Software requires the purchaser to be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18 in connection with a purchase. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.
11. YOUR RIGHTS
Under India's DPDP Act, 2023, as a data principal, you have the right to:

• Withdraw consent for processing at any time (where consent is the basis for processing);
• Request erasure of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations (Section 8);

• Lodge a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with an equivalent framework, you may additionally have rights to data portability, restriction of processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to the extent applicable.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer (Section 15). We aim to respond to all such requests within a reasonable time, and in any case within seven (7) business days of receipt, consistent with our general query-response commitment.
12. THIRD-PARTY AND PAYMENT GATEWAY LINKS
The Site links out to our payment gateway partner to complete transactions, and may contain other third-party or affiliate links. Any information you provide directly on those external platforms is governed by their own privacy policies, independent of this Policy. We encourage you to review those policies before submitting information there.
13. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
We do not send unsolicited marketing communications. If, following your purchase or inquiry, we wish to send you product updates, license renewal reminders, or promotional communications, we will do so only with your explicit opt-in consent (e.g., a checkbox at checkout), and you may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
14. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS
Since the Site does not use behavioral tracking technology beyond what is strictly necessary for the checkout process (Section 4), "Do Not Track" browser signals have no additional practical effect on this Site.
